There is a difference between the word alone and the word lonely. You are able to be alone and be happy and one of the ways to do this is simply to honor your feelings. Every one of us has negative things happen to use and the way we respond to them mentally can have a major impact on us. It’s also important that you trust your feelings are there for a reason. Finally, do your best to not distract yourself and instead take a few deep breaths.
